Positive: It's a small hotel located opposite side Dal Lake ghat no. 1, basic facilities available in the room e.g. Room heater, dryer, Geyser, clean towel, Toiletries , tea kettle, electric mattress, but TV available in Executive rooms only, good behaviour and the hospitality of Mr Sameer owner of the property, he provides Taxi and Shikara at a very genuine rate, Public conveyance/ connectivity 500mtr from hotel where we catch the Auto etc.
